สำนักงานหลักประกันสุขภาพแห่งชาติ (สปสช.) ได้มีประกาศฯ เรื่อง การจ่ายค่าใช้จ่ายเพื่อบริการสาธารณสุข กรณีการให้บริการอุปกรณ์และอวัยวะเทียมในการบำบัดรักษาโรค พ.ศ. 2566 ไปแล้วนั้น ในการนี้ สปสช. ขอแจ้งปรับปรุงรายการอุปกรณ์ หมวด ๗ กระดูก ข้อต่อ กล้ามเนื้อ เส้นเอ็น จำนวน 60 รายการ และเพิ่มเติมรายการอุปกรณ์ใหม่ จำนวน 10 รายการ รวมเป็นจำนวน 70 รายการ ทั้งนี้ท่านสามารถดาวน์โหลดเอกสารแนบ ที่นี้
ตามที่สำนักงานหลักประกันสุขภาพแห่งชาติ ได้ออกประกาศการจ่ายค่าใช้จ่ายเพื่อบริการสาธารณสุข กรณีการจ่ายตามรายการบริการ พ.ศ.2566 นั้น เพื่อให้รายการบริการครอบคลุมรายการยาที่อยู่ในบัญชียาหลักแห่งชาติเพิ่มขึ้นและมีอัตราจ่ายที่เหมาะสม มติคณะอนุกรรมการกำหนดหลักเกณฑ์การดำเนินงานและบริหารจัดการกองทุน ครั้งที่ 2/2567 เมื่อวันที่ 15 กุมภาพันธ์ 2567 จึงเห็นชอบปรับปรุงรายการและอัตราจ่ายแบบ Fee Schedule ดังนี้ 1. รายการยาและอัตราจ่ายแบบ Fee schedule ยา จำนวน 2,838รายการ (GPUID) 2. รายการและอัตราจ่ายรายการ Fee schedule ทั่วไปที่ปรับปรุง จำนวน 587 รายการ รายละเอียดสามารถ Scan QR code ท้ายหนังสือที่แนบมาพร้อมนี้ ดาวน์โหลดประกาศ และรายการ FS (excel) ที่นี้
