RADIATION STERILIZATION FORUM

RADIATION STERILIZATION FORUM

8-9 November 2022 – BANGKOK, THAILAND

The Radiation Sterilization Forum brings to Bangkok the world’s leading experts in irradiation sterilization of medical devices.  The Forum comes at a time when technologies, supply chains, materials, standards and processes are all developing rapidly in ways that will impact how companies sterilize their products.  International experts will address topics such as sterilization standards, product qualification, process control including parametric release, and demonstrating competency within the sterility assurance lifecycle.  A panel discussion on issues such as changing sterilization modalities will conclude the Forum.

The Radiation Sterilization Forum is organised by the International Irradiation Association (iia) in collaboration with the Association for the Advancement in Medical Instrumentation (AAMI) and the Society for Sterility Assurance Professionals (SfSAP).

The Radiation Sterilization Forum is part of the 20th International Meeting on Radiation Processing (IMRP20) hosted by iia in collaboration with Thailand Institute of Nuclear Technology (TINT).  IMRP20 is recognised as the leading international event for those involved in the application or science of radiation processing.  Attendance of the Forum as a stand-alone event is possible and participants interested in knowing more about the irradiation process will be able to visit the industry exhibition and network with delegates from the wider irradiation community.  Alternatively, you may wish to attend the entire IMRP20 meeting to learn more about dosimetry and modelling, radiation chemistry and advanced polymers, together with the latest developments in gamma, electron-beam and X-ray technologies.
