System Addition Documents and Renewal of Medical Devices
(Risk Classification 2–4)
♣ ท่านสามารถเลือกระบบใดก็ได้ โดยไม่จำเป็นต้องยื่นเอกสารเพิ่มเติมก่อนการต่ออายุใบอนุญาตเครื่องมือแพทย์
♣ ท่านสามารถเลือกว่า จะส่งเอกสารเพิ่มเติมก่อนแล้วจึงต่ออายุ หรือจะต่ออายุก่อนแล้วค่อยส่งเอกสารเพิ่มเติมในปีถัดไปเพื่อให้เป็นการยื่นแบบเต็ม (Full CSDT) ได้
♣ You can choose either system, there is no requirement to submit addition documents before renewing a medical device.
♣ You may choose to submit the addition documents first and then renew or renew first and submit the documents later to make it a Full CSDT submission in the following years.
